About
Keele Drama
Society
Keele University's favourite drama society.
Keele Drama Society was one of the first ever societies to be formed at Keele. It was founded by pioneer students in 1950, and its first production was Shakespeare's Twelfth Night performed in the courtyard of Keele Hall. Now, KDS performs at least four productions a year, including one published play, an annual charity One Acts festival, a student written play and the summer Shakespeare.

We don't just stop at performances though, with a committee of 10 individuals that organise a wide range of events that go from workshops to theatre outings! We also have a committed back stage team, "Stage Techies", which work hard to bring high production values to all our productions.
